20世纪80年代~2019年澳门仲裁业与调解业的现状与未来展望
文章摘要：澳门仲裁业和调解业起步较晚，目前法律制度的完整性尚可，但普及度不够。实践中，仲裁机构等整体效益低下，情况不甚理想。但是，适逢国家推行“粤港澳大湾区”发展规划和“一带一路”倡议，澳门凭借自由港、国际化等优势，若能抓住机遇，有效利用天时地利，澳门仲裁业和调解业必将迎来一个历史性的发展阶段。
