新时代河南农村能源转型变革典型模式与对策建议

Abstract:Accelerating the transformation of rural energy is a key measure to implement the new energy security strategy of “Four Revolutions，One Cooperation”，build a clean，low-carbon，safe and efficient modern energy system，and assist in the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy. This article follows the principle of “adapting measures to local conditions，comprehensive utilization，and economic application”. On the basis of systema-tically summarizing the typical experiences of domestic rural energy reforms，and considering the characteristics of the economic society and resource endowment of rural areas in Henan，rural areas in Henan are divided into four categories：resource-driven，economic-led，agricultural-led，and ecological protection. The classification puts forward the development goals and transformation paths to promote energy transformation and change，in order to provide decision-making reference for the high-quality development of rural energy in the new era.
