河南省碳排放监测分析平台构建与应用

Abstract:Carbon emission monitoring and analysis is an important basic work to implement the “carbon peak and carbon neutral” work deployment，which helps to find out the emission base and clarify the key points of emission reduction. At the same time，it is of great significance to improve government governance capacity and promote clean and low-carbon transition. This article briefly sorts out the background and current situation of the construction of the carbon emission monitoring and analysis platform. Relying on the Henan Province Energy Big Data Center，the functional system design of the Henan Province carbon emission monitoring and analysis platform is carried out，and a carbon emission model covering regions，industries，and enterprises has been established. In addition，we have established a carbon emission monitoring system of “province-city-county-enterprise”. These are to activate the value of energy data，build a dual-carbon digital ecology，promote the clean and low-carbon transition and green development of Henan energy，and lay the foundation for achieving the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” as scheduled.
