2021年河南省绿色能源发展指数研究与应用

Abstract:Promoting green development has become a social consensus. It is of great significance to carry out objective，high-frequency，and quantitative assessments of the energy green transition process，timely and accurately identify problems and pain points，for promoting the development of renewable energy and fulfilling the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”. This article focuses on the research and construction of the green energy development index，relying on the Henan Province Energy Big Data Center，coordinating the three dimensions of green energy development，green energy consumption，and green energy life，and designing “three levels and three categories” evaluation indicators to form a green Energy development index system，and carried out empirical analysis with Henan Province as a sample. The research results show that during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period，Henan Province’s “Green Energy Index” has steadily increased，with a cumulative increase of 9 places in the national ranking. Among them，the green energy development index，green energy consumption index，and green energy living index have respectively increased annually 76.7%，29.7%，5.4%，reflecting that energy supply has led the province’s green transformation during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period，and the level of green development of energy demand still needs to be further improved.
