2021年河南省数字产业发展指数研究与应用

Abstract:In recent years，the rapid development of the digital economy，the wide range of radiation，and the depth of influence have never been seen before. It has become the most dynamic，innovative，and widely radiated econ-omic form at present，and it is becoming a key force in reorganizing global factor resources，reshaping the global economic structure，and changing the global competitive landscape. As the basic industry for the development of digital economy and digital city，the digital industry continues to develop rapidly and has become an important engine to promote the conversion of new and old economic kinetic energy in the new development stage. Based on the big energy data of Henan Province，this paper constructs a system of economic indicators and power indicators that reflect the development trend of the digital industry，and develops a digital industry development index model. From the two dimensions of the monthly development index and the weekly power index analyze the development trend of the industry. On the whole，the digital industry in Henan Province is developing steadily and rapidly. The scale of the digital industry in Zhengzhou is “outstanding”，and its radiating and leading role is significant. The Xuchang and Sanmenxia industries are developing strongly，and the digital industry is being cultivated to become a new engine driving the province’s economic development.
