碳达峰碳中和下河南省屋顶光伏整县推进前景分析展望

文章摘要:碳达峰、碳中和事关中华民族永续发展和构建人类命运共同体。未来,以风电、光伏发电为代表的新能源将成为能源增量的主体。在河南省开展整县屋顶分布式光伏开发工作,是助力实现碳达峰、碳中和目标及乡村振兴的又一重要举措,对于推动光伏发电健康有序发展具有重要的意义。本文梳理了我国光伏产业发展的政策环境,介绍了河南省县域屋顶光伏的发展情况,并选取典型站点进行运营分析,探讨了屋顶光伏整县推进的机遇和挑战,对推动县域屋顶光伏与电网协调发展有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. In the future,new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power generation will become the main body of energy increase. The development of distributed rooftop photovoltaics across the county in Henan Province is another important measure to help achieve carbon peaking,carbon neutrality goals and rural revitalization,and is of great significance for promoting the healthy and orderly development of photovoltaic power generation. This paper sorts out the policy environment for the development of China’s photovoltaic industry,introduces the development of rooftop photovoltaics in counties in Henan Province,and selects typical sites for operational analysis. It discusses the opportunities and challenges for the promotion of rooftop photovoltaics throughout the county,which has certain guiding significance to promote the coordinated development of county rooftop photovoltaics and power grid.
