碳达峰碳中和下河南省节能提效路径研究与建议

Abstract:Energy saving and efficiency improvement are important measures to accelerate the energy revolution and reasonably control the total consumption. It is an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development，helping carbon peaks，and achieving carbon neutrality. As a large traditional energy province，Henan has a partial coal energy structure and low energy efficiency. To achieve the carbon peak target as scheduled，time is tight and tasks are heavy，and it is necessary to accelerate the promotion of energy conservation and efficiency in all aspects of the society. This article elaborates on the importance of accelerating the promotion of energy conservation and efficiency improvement. From the perspective of Henan，we systematically sort out the energy consumption situation of the province and the situation facing energy conservation and efficiency improvement. From the two aspects of optimizing the structure of end-use energy and promoting energy conservation in key industries，it proposes Henan vigorously implements specific paths and typical models for energy conservation and efficiency improvement. Finally，focusing on the four aspects of structure，service，stand-ards and culture，it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
