进博会促进上海国际金融中心能级提升研究

Abstract:First，this report makes a brief analysis on the status quo of the construction of Shanghai International Financial Center，and proposes the combined development mode with the “policy-driven model” as the dominance and the “spontaneous driving model” as the supplement for upgrading the function of Shanghai International Financial Center in combination with national development policy and measures promulgated by the 3rd CIIE. Second，on the basis of the proposing the evaluation system at international financial center level，this report analyzes Shanghai’s current energy level positioning as an international financial center as well as its restricted conditions and upgrading direction for Shanghai’s function as an international financial center，and specifies the bigger development space brought by innovation highlights of the 3rd CIIE. Finally，it proposes specific suggestions for enhancing Shanghai’s energy level as an international financial center by leveraging the platform of CIIE and seizing multiple supportive policies.
