Abstract:The industries what Inner Mongolia has the competitive advantage are mainly distributed in resource-intensive industries，coal，nonferrous metals and other heavy chemical industry are the important support of Inner Mongolia industrial competitiveness.In “The Belt and Road”，Inner Mongolia has been located as full play by the location advantages in connectting Russia and Mongolia. In the future，Inner Mongolia will give full play in the location advantage and resources endowment advantage，and the cultural identity advantage and economic structure complementary advantages with Russian and Mongolia，follow the “8337” development ideas，consolidate and improve the Inner Mongolia industrial advantage，solid economic development basis，promote infrastructure interconnectivity，play a bigger role in the construction of the China-Russian economy corridor.
