青海对接“一带一路”战略的比较优势

Abstract:From 2000 to 2014，Qinghai’s secondary industry is a leading force in its economy development. Qinghai industrial competitiveness is analyzed with market share，trade competition index and revealed comparative advantage index in this article. It is found that Qinghai economy and export trade scales are small，industrial competitiveness is not strong and competitive industry is minerals，especially ferrosilicon. On matching with The Belt and Road strategy，Qinghai has some industrial advantages in natural resource and industrial base. It has implemented measures and plans in transportation interconnection and intercommunication，economy and trade community co-construction，green economy and trade construction，geo-advantage and culture industry advantage. However，Qinghai has lots of problems in industry structure and industrial transfer. To match with The Belt and Road strategy well，Qinghai should accelerate industrial structure adjustment，transformation and upgrading and use multiple ways with its comparative advantage to promote its participation in the B&R construction.
