宁夏对接“一带一路”战略的比较优势

Abstract:From year 2000 to 2014，Ningxia’s economy has got a fast development，of which the secondary industry is a leading force. Ningxia industrial competitiveness is analyzed with market share，trade competition index and revealed comparative advantage index in this article. It is found that Ningxia economy and export trade scales are small，industrial competitiveness has decreased and competitive industries are minerals and chemical products with local features. On matching with The Belt and Road strategy，Ningxia has some industrial advantages，such as international cooperation platform，human resources，regional transportation，international energy cooperation and Muslim industry. It has implemented measures in Sino-Arabic Expo，three-dimensional silk road，trade and logistics，and financial cooperation. It has also planned action such as Sino-Arabic Expo driving，open access expanding，export-oriented park nurturing and trade convenience promoting. However，Ningxia has lots of problems，that is，gap between heavy and light industry is too big，agricultural non-point source pollution is serious and foundation carrying on industrial transfer is instable. To match with The Belt and Road strategy well，Ningxia should accelerate industrial base construction，adjust industrial structure and promote its transformation and upgrading，increase industrial competitiveness to promote its participation in the B&R construction.
