Abstract:Since 2000，Shaanxi industrial competitiveness has improved，but overall competitiveness level is still low. Domestic advantages mainly concentrated in resources and energy-intensive industries，and due to export restrictions policy，in foreign markets present a different advantage from that of in domestic market，mechanical and electrical industry shows a significantly competitive advantage in the international market，while the non-ferrous metal industry shows a synchronized advantage in both domestic and international markets. By implement of “inter connection and intercommunication，cultural exchanges，economic cooperation，opening up” and other aspects of the deployment，Shaanxi furthers the docking of “The Belt and Road”，By speeding up the formation of the high-end value chain of industrial clusters，relying on B & R to actively promote Xi’an FTA，implementation of brand strategy and highlight of the unique advantages of local industries，Shaanxi advantage cultivation and docking is to be strengthened.
