Abstract:By analyzing the international market share，trade competitiveness index，the revealed comparative advantage（RCA）index，this paper finds that Japan has strong international competitiveness in the field of industrial products，including organic chemicals，iron and steel，electrical machinery，apparatus，and appliances，and electrical parts，road vehicles，other transport equipment，machinery specialized for particular industries，general industrial machinery and equipment，and machine parts，power-generating machinery and equipment，professional，scientific and controlling instruments and apparatus，special transactions and commodities not classified.Since 2000，the amount of industrial trade between China and Japan has continued to grow. At the same time，the mutual dependence of Sino-Japan trade has also changed greatly，Japan’s dependence on China has gradually increased，China’s dependence on Japan has declined. The complementary weakened and competitive enhancement in labor intensive products and machinery and transport equipment products. To strengthen cooperation in industry，the industrial friction should be control effectively；the coordination competition mechanism should be established；China should accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry，and enhance the status in the international industrial chain division.
