Abstract:By analyzing the international market share，trade competitiveness index，the revealed comparative advantage（RCA）index，the paper finds that South Korea has a strong international competitiveness of the industry mainly concentrated in：electrical machinery，apparatus and appliances，and electrical parts，road vehicles，other transport equipment，telecommunications and sound-recording and reproducing apparatus and equipment，professional，scientific and controlling instruments and apparatus，n.e.s.，iron and steel，organic chemicals，plastics in primary forms，general industrial machinery and equipment，and machine parts，machinery specialized for particular industries. Since 2000，the scale of industrial trade between China and South Korea is in rapid growth. The industry has a strong complementarity in trade between China and South Korea. The two countries are mainly based on inter-industry trade，China is in the lower position of the international division of labor system. With the narrowing of the gap of the international competitiveness between China and South Korea，China and South Korea has a strong two-way complementary relationship in：manufactured goods classified chiefly by material，miscellaneous manufactured articles，chemicals and related products，machinery and transport equipment. At the same time，the competition is gradually strengthened. Deepen cooperation between China and South Korea，The first is to vigorously improve the level of integration of direct investment，optimize the quality of investment in South Korea；The Second is the full implementation of FTA between China and South Korea；The third is to strengthen the all-round exchanges and cooperation，promote the formation of mutual benefit and win-win industrial cooperation system.
