Abstract:The economic globalization is the most profound transformation in modern society. Questions on how to deal with economic globalization's essence and features,how to recognize the the development trend of economic globalization and how to deal with the historical progress of economic globalization have been hot topics in academic circle and people's daily life. Since the 1980s,the economic globalization has come into a period of fast development,then the interaction between it and trade has been strengthen.Trade facilitation,which is one of the driving wheel promoting the economic globalization and also an important issue in WTO,has attracted more attention from governments and import and export traders.In fact, trade facilitation is the promotion of national trade efficiency,it works through the promoting of our own trade efficiency and the choosing of high efficiency countries as our trading partners. This can not only help accelerating the transformation and upgrading of economic structure in our country and help strengthen our international competitiveness, but also can help accelerating our pace integrating us into economic globalization.
