Abstract:In the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth，it explicitly put forward to promote the strategic conception of Maritime Silk Road Construction in the 21st century. This is a new round of reform and opening up. The strategy and layout provide an important opportunity and a solid platform for Guangdong province to deepen reform and opening up to the outside world. Guangdong is the vanguard of the ancient Silk Road on the sea core birthplace and economic construction. How to take this initiative to assume major marine province in the construction of the maritime Silk Road high-tech pioneer and leading people and to fully embody its own advantages and take corresponding strategies is a subject with great strategic significance.
