福建参与“一带一路”建设的规划与实施

Abstract:Fujian province possesses unique advantages and development potentials. Based on the Proposal for the Integration of Fujian Province into the Implementation of Constructing “the Belt and Road” and the Program for Fujian Province to Implement the Construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road，according to the required fundamental connotation and functional orientation，as well as focusing on the development layout and key development areas，it is necessary to adopt a more open strategy and to play an active role of guide，model，aggregation and radiation. At present，Fujian province has made some achievements in boosting the construction of “the Belt and Road”，therefore，should continue to uphold the philosophy of kindness，integrity，hospitality and tolerance，stick to the principle of joint consultation and joint construction as well as joint share of the results，resort to the step-by-step tactics of performing easier tasks first and difficult ones second，focus on appropriate management of various relations in “the Belt and Road” construction，so as to realize mutual benefit and win-win development among countries，neighboring provinces and cities alongside the proposed route.
