文章摘要：云南在孟中印缅合作概念的提出、合作机制的推进、合作项目的实施方面发挥了主体性作用。自2013年5月孟中印缅经济走廊倡议正式提出以来，走廊建设取得了一些进展。但与此同时，走廊建设在政治和安全领域面临潜在挑战。本文针对潜在政治与安全挑战，提出了相应的政策思考。
