中英研发与高技术产业合作研究

Abstract:In the UK，the automobile manufacturing，aerospace，pharmaceuticals，chemicals，electric power and transportation equipment manufacturing are their high-tech industries. In China，the aerospace，high-speed rail，nuclear power，communications，electronics and other high-end manufacturing already has a global influence. There is a certain basis on RD and high technology cooperation between China and the UK. As the current world economic development shows a trend of “weak recovery”，Sino-British cooperation in RD and high-tech industries is facing the new situation with both favorable and negative factors，and the favorable factors are more overall. In recent years，the Henan provincial government has strived to promote the scientific and technological innovation on base of the overall and long-term development plan and build the modern innovation system as an important content of constructing “one carrier，four systems and six basics”. RD and high-tech industries in Henan province have made positive progress by constantly strengthening the development of innovation driven，thus forming the new advantages. Henan is the epitome of China，its cooperation with the UK in RD and high-tech industries has great development space. Cooperation in RD such as information technology，creative design and agricultural technology has a brilliant future. Cooperation in high-tech industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing，new generation of information technology industry and bio pharmaceutical industry also can achieve win-win result. Draw on the existing cooperation model of RD and high-tech industries and combine with the development foundation of Henan，we should plan a number of cooperative projects：build the docking mechanism for technological cooperation and exchange，strengthen the communication and cooperation in High-tech Park between Henan and the UK，establish the cooperation mechanism for technical personnel exchanges，and set up the Sino-British Joint Research Innovation Fund.
