澜湄机制与中南半岛合作
文章摘要：中南半岛地区经济发展相对落后，为解决发展差距问题，区域内外各方提出过很多合作安排，但效果一般。目前，中国在“一带一路”建设进程中提出了澜沧江—湄公河合作机制。作为“一带一路”倡议重要组成部分的澜湄合作将在中国的大力推动下，为中南半岛地区的合作做出贡献，而不会出现一般普遍的机制拥堵。
