“一带一路”合作倡议在中东的主要风险及政策选择

Abstract:The world is multipolar in politics and diverse in culture. China’s strategy of “The Belt and Road” aims to accelerate the implementation of FTA strategies and achieve free movement of goods，capital and labor. However，the Middle East is where different cultures blend and different forces interweave，which renders it ever more complicated than other regions. The construction process of “The Belt and Road” in the Middle East has to face traditional risks，such as geopolitical and economic risks，and even non-traditional risks. In response，it is desirable to minimize “friction coefficient” by focusing on economy and upholding the principle “business only，no politics”. Guided by the “win-win” concept，we should endeavor to reach “joint negotiation，joint construction and joint sharing”.
