Abstract:The basis of Tourism Cooperation in Northeast Asia is good，at present，bilateral and multilateral regional tourism cooperation has entered a substantive stage of development，tourism cooperation between China and Russia，China and South Korea，and Japan，China and Korea，and Mongolia between accompanied by inter-State trade development of relations entered a new phase；China Russia and the DPRK，China South Korea and Russia，China-Japan and South Korea，China Russia and Mongolia grew trilateral cooperation and the established a preliminary cooperation mechanisms. But tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia is also faced with a series of constraints，in order to strengthen tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia should establish appropriate mechanisms for cooperation，give full play to the role of local government and strengthen cross-border cooperation between tourism enterprises，improve the tourism infrastructure，strengthen Tourism services public system.
