我国自贸区海关协同创新机制的国际镜鉴与本土变革：透视上海经验

Abstract:At present，as an important part of the initiative to deepen reform in an all-round way，China will accelerate the implementation of the strategy of free trade area，and will be committed to form a network of free trade area based on the surrounding regions and those radiating from “the belt and road”. Meanwhile，steady and important progress has been made in the establishment of domestic free trade zone and promotion of trade facilitation. In the future，China would center on domestic free trade zone to build an integrated pattern of customs clearance step by step and innovate systems of customs supervision in order to further integrate into international regulations. To give full play to comparative advantage of free trade zone and deepen reform in trade facilitation，the depth and breadth of integrated cooperation shall be further strengthened between customs and regional logistics enterprises. China shall establish collaborative innovation mechanism between customs and logistics alliance through setting up cooperation mechanism among logistics enterprises and strengthening cooperation with customs and other agencies in order to provide a good environment to support the construction of international logistics channel and harmonious development of regional trade.
