Abstract:China and Africa are comprehensive strategic partnership and development highlands. Africa is a key area of the construction of “The Belt and Road”. This article examines China-Egypt Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone and Addis Ababa Djibouti Railway，exploring the effectiveness of the construction of China-Africa infrastructure and industrial zone and the operational cooperation. Combing the problems and challenges that countries and companies face in the process of passing on “The Belt and Road” and assisting the industrialization of Afraic，from the macro，median and micro levels.
