Abstract:Linking One Belt and One Road initiated by China with developing northern Australia by Australia is one of the most important economic cooperation in South Pacific area.Within the framework and perspective of development-oriented finance，this article explains the strategic targets of One Belt and One Road and the related construction fields，such as infrastructure，energy and mineral resources，agribusiness，industry park；Specifying the six main contents of developing northern Australia：simpler land arrangements to support investment，developing the north’s water resources，business trade and investment gateway，infrastructure to support growth，northern workforce for growth，good governance for northern Australia；analyzing the four main cooperation fields and presenting thoughts and suggestions for development-oriented finance to deepen cooperation.
