Abstract:In recent years，China high speed railway speeds up its pace of going global gradually and triumphant news in the overseas market keeps pouring in. However，the construction of the Thai high speed railway has been encountered by many twists and turns frequently and has not been reached an effective consensus yet so far. This paper aims to explore the possibility of the Thai high speed railway cooperation pattern and pays attention to the analysis on the contract，intellectual property，company，labor and dispute resolve legal issues of cooperation and risk prevention，thus，looking forward to contributing to the Thai high speed railway’s success of cooperation.
