中印经贸关系：竞争与合作

Abstract:Since the introduction of “The Belt and Road” Initiative，the Indian government and people have a cautious attitude towards it，and the Indian government has introduced “Project Mausam” which is competitive to “The Belt and Road” Initiative. China and India have become increasingly important trading partners for each other，but bilateral trade and economic cooperation still has many problems such as trade imbalance，the limitation in direct investment scale，the relatively low level of financial cooperation and the ambiguous attitude of Indian government. China and India need to promote the strategic docking，establish a public diplomacy policy and promote the pragmatic development of the BCIM Economic Corridor to deepen the bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
