Abstract:In recent years，Jiangsu Province has been focusing on the construction of a meeting point of the Belt and Road.It endeavors to promote facility connectivity and reinforce the river-ocean and land-sea coordination，to develop international capacity cooperation and facilitate the integration of “going global” and “bring in”；to develop economic and cultural exchanges and build new platform and channels；to strengthen the construction of the strategic joint cities and enhance its fulcrum role；to expand financial cooperation and promote financial connectivity；to forge exemplary projects and advance people-to-people bonds.In order to guarantee the smooth construction of the Belt and Road，Jiangsu Province has established a series of policy promotion systems，including strengthening organizational leadership，increasing financial support，enhancing financial service，improving service assurance，expediting talents team construction and reinforcing risk prevention and control，etc.
