青豫直流工程对河南相关影响研究

Abstract:Qinghai-Henan ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project is the first UHV channel built for clean energy delivery in the country and the world. The transmission capacity is 8 million kilowatts. The project is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2020，and full power in 2022. Operation，annual transmission of 40.0 billion kWh. The project results will promote the transformation of Qinghai’s energy resources and alleviate the energy supply and demand and environmental protection pressure in Henan Province. It is of great significance to promote the optimal allocation of energy resources across the country. This paper analyzes the impact of Qinghai DC on peaking，power purchasing strategy，carbon emission and renewable energy quotas in Henan Province，and puts forward targeted suggestions.
