降低工商业电价对河南整体价格水平影响研究——基于社会核算矩阵分析

Abstract:In 2018，Henan Province implemented the national plan to reduce the general industrial and commercial electricity price，completed the goal of reducing the general industrial and commercial electricity price by 10%，and directly reduced the cost of electricity for industrial and commercial users by nearly 4 billion yuan. This paper uses Henan social accounting matrix to evaluate the effect of policy implementation on the overall price level of Henan Province. Through price transmission，it analyzes the impact of industrial and commercial electricity price changes on Henan production price and consumer price level and final product price fluctuations of other sectors. The research shows that because Henan’s economy is dominated by the secondary industry，the electricity consumption of secondary electricity production accounts for about 66%，and the short-term effect of reducing industrial and commercial electricity prices on the economic price level of Henan Province is limited.
