河南平原地区农村能源转型研究——基于兰考样本

Abstract:The problem of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Accelerating rural energy transformation is of great significance for accelerating the construction of modern energy systems and implementing rural revitalization strategies. This report follows the principle of “typicality，representativeness and universality”. The proportion of plain landforms in Henan’s land area exceeds 55%，and the topographical features directly affect the selection of rural energy transition paths. Following the principle of “typicality，representativeness，and universality”，taking Lankao County in the Yudong Plain as a sample，based on the current situation of rural energy production and consumption and the difficult challenges faced，focusing on “energy supply and demand optimization，consumption structure upgrading，use” The three key elements of cost reduction are systematically explored the strategic orientation，strategic objectives，strategic priorities and policy recommendations for rural energy transformation in the plain area，with a view to providing a path for rural energy to accelerate the realization of high quality development.
