河南县域能源样本调查及高质量发展建议——基于豫南R县能源调查分析

Abstract:County-level energy is the basic unit for the implementation of a national energy strategy，and it is also a key area to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper selects R County in the southern Henan Plain as a sample，comprehensively conducts county energy surveys，collects and statistically analyzes energy production and consumption data. It analyzes the overall characteristics and problems of typical county energy development，and provides a good pulse for the high-quality development of county-level energy in the new era，helping to build a modern rural energy system and providing guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
