河南省主要用户电力需求侧响应削峰潜力评估研究
文章摘要：目前，河南电网尖峰负荷持续时间短，且尖峰负荷远远高于日常最大负荷，实施电力需求侧响应可有效提升电网运行效率，减少电网、电源投资。为了高效实施电力需求侧响应，可提前对全省主要用户削峰潜力进行评估，通过用户削峰潜力大小可快速锁定参与响应的用户。本文详细介绍了削峰潜力评估流程和方法，以期对其他地区开展电力需求侧响应有一定的参考。
