河南省生物质能源发展潜力及模式展望

Abstract:As a major agricultural province and a large animal husbandry province，Henan Province has abundant biomass resources. Accelerating the development of biomass energy has a good impetus to promote the construction of ecological civilization in Henan Province，the solution of the “three rural issues” and the rural energy revolution. The report describes the general situation of biomass energy in Henan Province，including the status quo of development，utilization status and policy status，and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of biomass energy development in Henan Province from the case study，consolidates the “stalk-receipt-storage-transport” full industrial chain model of “clean-efficient storage” of biomass energy in Henan Province，the “stalk-gas-alcohol” energyization model，and the “stalk-oil-chemicals” resource-based model. The industrialization model of straw-heat and electricity combined with the integrated model of “livestock and poultry manure-biogas project”. This paper has looking forward to the development of biomass energy in Henan Province to the commercialization of fuel ethanol，the scale of microalgae diesel，the leading of bio-jet fuel，the industrialization of biofuels and the marketization of bio-generation. Finally，from the strategic planning，technological innovation，industry standards，personnel training and other aspects，put forward the policy recommendations for the development of biomass energy in Henan Province，and provide reference for the healthy and orderly development of biomass energy.
