改革开放40年河南省天然气发展及2018～2019年形势分析与展望

Abstract:In the past 40 years of reform and opening up，Henan’s natural gas industry has grown from nothing，forming a multi-supply consumption pattern of “external introduction，self-production supplementation，coal-based gas supplementation” and “industrial-based，residents-assisted”，provides clean fossil energy support for the province’s economic and social development. In the context of energy transformation and consumption structure optimization and adjustment in 2018，natural gas consumption in Henan Province maintained a rapid growth trend. Based on the external channel，Henan natural gas supply and demand remained tight. In 2019，with the further reform of natural gas price marketization and the promotion of clean dual substitution，the demand for natural gas will be further released. It is estimated that the annual consumption will be about 13.5 billion cubic meters，an increase of 12.5%. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the natural gas industry in the province，we should speed up the development of unconventional gas resources，strengthen the construction of natural gas infrastructure systems，and focus on ensuring the supply of natural gas in the heating season，and continue to improve the construction of the natural gas market.
