改革开放40年河南省石油发展及2018～2019年形势分析与展望

Abstract:After 40 years of reform and opening up，Henan’s oil production and safety support capabilities have achieved leapfrog development，and a supply system of “production and external introduction” has been formed，which has strongly supported the sustained and rapid economic and social growth of the province. In 2018，the downward trend of Henan crude oil production slowed down remarkably. The apparent consumption of refined oil products continued to maintain a low-speed growth. Through the combination of production and external measures，the supply and demand of oil products in the whole year was generally stable. In 2019，with the improvement of residents’ living standards and the further optimization of the business environment，it is estimated that Henan’s refined oil consumption will be 18.5 million tons，an increase of about 1.3%. In order to ensure the safe and efficient supply of oil products，it is necessary to speed up the construction of infrastructure projects and further improve the supervision system of refined oil products.
