2015～2019年河南省输变电工程造价水平及变动因素分析

Abstract:The level of project cost management and control is an important manifestation of cost management capabilities. Based on the samples of 110-500 kV transmission and transformation projects in Henan Province from 2015 to 2019，this article conducts the analysis of cost levels and change reasons in the power transmission and transformation projects，summarizes the changing situation of the cost level and the proportion of relevant expenses of power transmission and transformation projects in recent years.The impact of price factors，technical factors，and external environmental factors on changes in the cost of power transmission and transformation projects has been studied in detail.The increase in prices of materials，local building materials and labor costs，as well as the increase usage of large-capacity main transformers，large cross-section wires，and indoor power stations，as well as the increase in external costs such as policy and technical processing，are the main reasons for the slight increase in the overall cost of power transmission and transformation projects in Henan Province.
