河南省电能替代实施情况及发展潜力调查研究

Abstract:Vigorously promoting the generation of electricity is an important measure to prompt the prevention and control of air pollution in Henan and the transformation and development of energy resource. In recent years，Henan has actively promoted the structural adjustment of energy consumption，vigorously promoting “electricity for coal” and “electricity for oil” in key areas such as heating，refrigeration，industrial manufacturing and transportation，and has achieved remarkable results. The scale of electric energy substitution has expanded year by year and gradually changed from a single demonstration project to multi-domain and multi-technology expansion. However，due to factors such as industrial structure，resource allocation and energy utilization，the electrification level of Henan’s terminal energy consumption is still relatively now，and the promotion of electric energy substitution is also restricted by economic cost and shrinkage of substitution space. This paper reviews the implementation of electric energy substitution in Henan province in recent years. Based on realizing the deep substitution of electric energy for fossil energy，promoting the clean and low-carbon development of the whole province，deepening the vexed areas such as agriculture，industry and architecture，tightening the focus on application projects with Henan characteristics such as smoke detection and smoke control，and carrying out investigation and research on the vitality of electric energy substitution implementation. This paper analyzes the main factors that restrict the promotion of tower generation，and puts forward some relevant suggestion to promote the implementation of full power generation.
