文章摘要:河南省能源结构以煤为主,煤电主力格局短期内难以改变,这对经济社会和生态环境协调发展带来了挑战。本文梳理了2017年以来河南省煤电机组节能环保标杆引领活动开展情况,分析了全省煤电企业能耗、水耗、环保指标的变化趋势。标杆引领活动实施以来,河南煤电机组节能减排成效明显,并对企业经营效益有较好的改善效果。“十四五”期间,建议河南持续开展煤电节能环保标杆引领活动,推动节能环保技术升级换代,提高节能环保运行监测监管水平。

Abstract:The energy structure of Henan Province is dominated by coal,and the main pattern of coal power is difficult to change in the short term,which poses challenges to the coordinated development of economic society and the ecological environment.This article summarizes the development of the energy conservation and environmental protection benchmarking activities of coal power units in Henan Province since 2017,analyzes the trends of energy consumption,water consumption,and environmental protection indicators of coal power enterprises in the province.Since the implementation of the benchmarking activities,Henan coal-fired power units have achieved significant results in energy conservation and emission reduction,and have achieved good results in improving corporate operating efficiency.During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period,it is recommended that Henan continue to carry out coal power energy conservation and environmental protection benchmarking activities,promote energy conservation and environmental protection technology upgrades,and strengthen energy conservation and environmental protection operation monitoring and supervision.
