河南省“煤改电”实施及用户用电情况调查分析

Abstract:“Coal to electricity” is one of the important ways to boost air pollution prevention and realize clean heating in winter of Henan. Henan province started to convert coal into electricity for residents in 2017. By the end of 2019，nearly 4.11million household had been installed in the province，accounting for 93% of the total number of “double replacement” heating works. This paper investigates and analyzes the implementation effect，policy environment and technical methods of “coal to electricity” conversion in Henan province in recent two years. Based on a large number of electricity consumption data of “coal to electricity” residents in Henan province，it studies the electricity consumption situation and characteristics of “coal to electricity” resident in Henan province from several dimensions such as heating period electricity consumption，monthly dimension electricity consumption，daily dimension electricity consumption and typical projects，analyzes and summarizes the electricity consumption characteristic of “coal to electricity” resident in whole province，and put out forward the problem faced by the implementation of “coal to electricity” and relevant countermeasures and suggestions，which can provide some suggestions for further promoting the scientific implementation of “coal to electricity” in Henan province.
