基于大数据分析的河南省新能源发电出力特性及消纳预警研究

Abstract:Relying on the Henan Energy Big Data Application Center，based on the detailed analysis of the province’s real-time load data and new energy field station output data，a quantitative assessment of new energy supply capacity and consumption warning levels is achieved. With the help of information technology，based on the load characteristic analysis，the research period that adapts to different analysis needs can be accurately pushed to realize the probability statistical analysis of new energy output characteristics. The principle and ratio of new energy participation in power balance are proposed by time period and region. Combined with the new energy development plan for the next three years，establish a “red，orange，yellow，green” early warning system for new energy consumption in cities and provinces in the province，and based on the assessment results，put forward measures to strengthen the supporting power grid to support new energy consumption.
