储能产业发展现状及典型应用场景展望

文章摘要:当前,可再生分布式电源广泛接入改变了传统配电网单向接受电力的状况,储能作为能源灵活存储和释放的中介环节,可与电力系统发输配用各环节深度耦合并凸显价值,其能量时空转移功能可有效契合电力系统的灵活性需求。本文梳理了储能产业发展现状及政策情况,立足河南实际,基于储能典型应用场景开展配置方案研究分析,提出未来储能产业发展建议,为推动电力系统逐步向以“横向多能源互补、纵向源网荷储协调”为主要特征的能源互联网、综合能源系统转变提供技术支撑。

Abstract:At present,the construction of Energy Interconnection is accelerating,and the Energy Interconnection,which is characterized by multi-energy collaboration and open sharing,is gradually shaping new businesses and models. High proportion of renewable energy connected to the distribution network widely changes the traditional condition of unidirectional reception of grid power. As an intermediate link for flexible storage and release of energy,Electrochemical Energy Storage System (EESS) can be further deeply coupled with each link of power generation,transmission and distribution whose value can be highlighted. The time-space transfer function of energy storage can effectively meet the flexibility requirements caused by the change of balance of power system. On the basis of the research of domestic energy storage industry development and policy formulation,this paper clarifies the function orientation,cost trend and policy impact of EESS. Based on the actual situation of Henan Province,this paper sorts out development and problems of Henan distribution network,constructs the application scenarios of EESS,discusses the adaptability of EESS development,helping to gradually transform the power system to Energy Interconnection with the main characteristics of “lateral multi-energy complementary and Vertical coordination of power generation,transmission and distribution”,in order to accelerate the high-quality development of Power Grid.
