Abstract:In 2020，facing the sudden COVID-19 epidemic and the complex internal and external environment，Henan Province has made every effort to ensure the production and supply of oil products.Crude oil production is basically the same as the previous year.The consumption of refined oil has declined due to the impact of the epidemic.The supply and demand of oil products are generally loose throughout the year.In 2021，it is expected that as the province’s economy continues to stabilize and improve，refined oil consumption will achieve recovery growth.At the same time，with the commissioning of new refining and chemical production capacity and the continuous improvement of the storage and transportation system，the supply and demand of oil products in the province will remain loose.It is recommended that Henan Province use the digital transformation of enterprises to promote the improvement of industry competitiveness，accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the petroleum industry，and create good market and regulatory environment，in order to achieve high-quality development of the petrochemical industry.
