Abstract:In 2020，Henan Province has actively responded to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.Coal production has been generally stable，the production capacity structure has been continuously optimized，and the concentration of key coal companies has been further increased；the total coal consumption continues to decline，over-fulfilling the state’s task of reducing coal consumption by 10%.According to preliminary estimates in 2021，the province’s total coal production will stabilize at around 103 million tons，and the total consumption will be around 200 million tons.In order to promote the high-quality development of the coal industry in the province，the task of ensuring coal supply should be put in the first place，release high-quality and advanced production capacity in the province，improve the coal emergency security system，strengthen the clean and efficient use of coal，and explore new models of the coal industrial Internet to promote the green transformation of coal industry，to ensure the safe and stable operation of the coal industry in the province.
