文章摘要：自由贸易港作为当今世界开放程度最高的特殊经济区，经历了从航运中转到加工制造，再到资源配置和城市联盟的升级转型过程。作为自由贸易试验区的升级版本，自由贸易港与“一带一路”相结合，将有效推动中国新一轮改革开放的进程。本报告梳理了世界主要贸易港的功能定位与设计，并对我国自由贸易港的发展进行展望。
