伊斯兰工作伦理的研究现状及展望

Abstract:Islamic work ethic is a norm for Muslim employees to distinguish between right and wrong in their own attitudes and behaviors according to Islamic teachings and to consciously follow them in the work situation. This paper summarizes and reviews the more representative research in this field，such as the formation and measurement of Islamic work ethic，its relationship with employee attitude and behavioral variables in the organization，focuses on the Islamic work ethic in different groups and compare the other ethical aspects of Islamic ethics. Lastly，the article summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the theoretical framework and research methods before，and highlights future research that needs to explore for the comparison of Islamic work ethic in different cultural backgrounds.
