In terms of strengthening measures，Japan has increased its space budget，established a space combat force，built a space surveillance system and strengthened its space offensive and defensive capabilities. Japan’s space strategy focuses on cooperation with its allies and partners. On one hand，it focuses on disaster prevention，commercial and Technological Development and other economic and people’s livelihood. On the other hand，it also pays more attention to security and attempts to strengthen its space military capabilities. Japan’s ongoing space strategy has a complex impact and needs further observation.
