大变局背景下的丹麦北极政策转型
文章摘要：距2011年丹麦政府所颁布的《2011—2020年丹麦王国北极战略》已过去十年，在这十年中，美俄在北极地区的角力不断升级，北极转向大国竞争的舞台成为公认的事实。在此大变局背景之下，各国均采取行动调整本国北极战略，以获得在北极地区的利益。作为北极国家的丹麦，在战略更新的关键节点显得十分被动。即便目前丹麦在北极地区的定位尚不明确，但仍有诸多有利因素能够促进其改变自身尴尬处境。
