中资企业海外社会安全能力建设与应对公共卫生安全挑战的实践——以中国石油为例

Abstract:With the comprehensive deepening of China’s Reform and Opening up and the accelerating pace of “going global”，especially the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative，more and more Chinese enterprises have gone abroad to carry out transnational operations. While carrying out those operations，it is bound to face all kinds of risks，among which social security risks are particularly prominent because they relate to the lives of personnel and the long-term stable operation of projects. In 2020，the sudden outbreak of coronavirus ravaged the world. Relying on the long-established international business social security management mechanism and good practices，CNPC quickly adopted a series of effective prevention and control measures to ensure the safety and health of both Chinese and foreign employees，and to maintain the safe and stable operation of overseas projects.
