全球公共卫生安全对共建“一带一路”的影响

Abstract:The sudden outbreak of the global public health security crisis in 2020 has brought a huge impact on the development of the Belt and Road Initiative （BRI）. However，the pandemic has not hindered the construction of the BRI. On the contrary，it has highlighted its strong flexibility and resilience. The betterment of the people’s livelihood has been fully demonstrated；the trade cooperation between China and the countries along the Belt and Road has been steadily advancing，and the construction of the Belt and Road is still opening up new areas. Under the epidemic，BRI is also facing new security risks. The interconnection has encountered obstacles；financial security maintenance has become more difficult；geopolitical risks have risen significantly，and negative public opinion has gradually emerged. To promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road in the post-pandemic era，it is necessary to strengthen anti-pandemic cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road，build a better-functional system for financial risk prevention and debt optimization management，and improve the safety management and emergency response of Chinese-funded enterprises，and meanwhile，strengthen the discourse power concerning the high-quality development of BRI.
